You can shop Pure Kind Botanical’s full line of products through our online store. You can also place and order over the phone or in person with our lovely customer service staff Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm MST.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and electronic checks/ACH payments.
Shipping Policy:
Pure Kind Botanicals ships to all 50 states. Orders received before 5pm MST Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day, excluding US federal holidays. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are insured for $100. Deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 business days; customers will receive tracking information via email once the package is shipped. Pure Kind Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have left our facility.
Contact us directly for inquiries about international shipping options. Many international order requests can be accommodated.
Return Policy:
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if your order was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service staff immediately for a refund or replacement. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase with at least half the product remaining for refunds to be valid. Refunds for credit card payments will be for the order total less any credit card fees charged due to a change in Payment Processor’s policy effective April 9, 2023.
To modify or cancel an order after it’s been placed, contact us during our regular business hours. Modifying an order will cause a one-day delay in shipping.
